What is happening in Libya?

Above is a link with a call to action addressed to the international community from a town in Libya, whom are cut off from basic rights and aid. I only post this in hopes that a journalist or someone with artistic influence could help spread the word and represent the people in Libya. It is not right what is happening, I do not believe the U.S. is taking the right actions.
